Ben, the owner of Retro Tiling, brings more than 7 years of extensive experience and takes a leading role in steering the business forward. Working alongside Ben is his father, Colin, whose impressive background spans three decades as a tiling subcontractor, contributing to a diverse range of projects. These include significant undertakings such as Heathrow T5, 5-star hotels, sports centres, schools, and iconic landmarks like Hampton Court. Colin's domestics have included high-profile individuals such as Charlie Magri (the boxer), Chrissy Hinds (the singer), and numerous West Ham footballer team

In 2018, Ben's son officially joined the family business as a qualified tiler. Together, they have successfully managed various tiling assignments across Surrey, South London, and Kent. Ben, also the owner of Retro Tiling, has demonstrated his leadership abilities by overseeing and guiding a brick-slipping team on a construction site during independent projects.
